MORNE Are You Coming Over The Top
Here’s a simple drill we call the step drill:
Step 1 Position the feet together at address.
Step 2 Start your swing and before you complete the backswing take a step with your lead foot towards the target.
Step 3 Swing to finish maintaining a balanced follows through. This drill helps to develop the correct sequencing of body motion in the downswing and improves dynamics and lag.
Note: No need to hit balls, advanced players can hit short irons off a small tee to create confidence.
